It's been such a long time that I've been blogging, and expressing myself on the internet. I guess you could say I grew up and took a step back from social media. But boyy, it feels good to be back. A few things have happened since the last time I was on here, 2017, wow, 3 years it's been. But to update everyone, we'll keep it short.

• April 9, 2019: I lost my grandma

• June 6, 2019 I moved in to my own apartment with Joe

• August 10, 2019 We welcomed our new puppy into our family

• March 14, 2020 My island became quarantined due to COVID-19

But despite all the fuss that has happened. God is still in control. And even though I feel like the world is about to end, I can't help but keep a positive mindset that everything will be okay. I believe that this is the time to realize who our true friends are, our families that actually care about us, and most importantly take care of our own wellbeing. Everything happens for a reason, and I'm living with love and content. I hope you all are too.

Teacher?! Teacher?! Hearing that exact word makes my heart flutter. Being a teacher has been something I've always wanted and desired in life. To be able to help a student learn and grow. I believe there is more to being a teacher. In class, you're there parent, friend, nurse, counselor, and provider. Student's trust in you, they look up to you, and I crave that. I want to be there for children, those who are fast and those who need a little bit more time. I've always had a big heart for the little ones. One day, and someday, I will get there. This is just a motivation to move alone through any obstacle college will bring me. #MissSanchummmm Lol.

My 8 Month Dedication ♡

March 21st of 2017, Joe & I celebrated our 8 months of being in a relationship. I will say this, I didnt believe he would stick around with me for so long because of my attitude, silliness, and bad temper. However, he saw passed all that and still loved me for me. 

I dedicate this post for him. A thank you! Thank you for always being there for me. Thank you so much for loving my body, especially because I dont have the confidence to love myself. You blow my mind with your patience for me. You keep me calm and collected. Thank you for doing all you can to support me financially. Knowing I do not have a job you support me through all my needs. You treat me as a wife even when we're just 8 months of being boyfriend and girlfriend, so thank you a bunch! 

I love you and I will, forever. I will love you till I have no more energy within me. I will love you through our hardships and good times. I will love you as we grow older and grey. Valentine's Day is a "couples day" the day where they're allowed to be provocative to one another and no one can complain. Yes, I know Valentines should be an everyday thing, but this special day is a day to be extra in your relationship. It is a day of celebration for all couples, it's an anniversary for all couples. It is a day to show appreciation other than your annual anniversaries. So, shouldn't a special day come with more than chocolates & roses? This special day is so much special for males as it is for girls. In personal experiences, dudes are more of the giving than receiving on this occasion. But it doesn't hurt to step out and spoil them too, right? Men deserve to be treated good and shown love to whether they like it or not.

1) Fanny Pack: Men need something to put their belongings don't you think? Growing up I always thought boys just threw their wallets in their back pockets, but now being in a relationship this is very important. They need a place to carry their vapes (along with their juices). A Fanny Pack is can even be a carrier for heavier objects, such as a speaker, or even light ones, like car keys. Believe this or not, put fanny packs even make your man's backside look 100000 more times attractive. I didn't think much of it first, but whenever my man uses his, it tightens his shoulder blades & makes it pop out. OOOOOOOU GURLLL (when its worn around their shoulder & not waist)

2) Shoes: I believe this is one of many gifts that girls cant go wrong with. Men are such shoe-heads whether or not they believe it. You give them a shoe box and they melt to the ground. Expensive shoes aren't needed, sometimes men are okay with $15.00 shoes from ross & they will gladly add them to their shoe collection at home. Trust me, my boyfriend buys like two pairs of shoes in minutes, he loves them!

3) Gift Basket: Now this can be a gift basket full of his favorite goodies, snacks, drinks, if he smokes cigarettes etcetera. This gift will have to show your creativity, it will show your man that even you listen to what he says is his favorites. Throw in some of his favorite colors, design it with tissue paper of his favorite colors. Who your boyfriend is, should show on the basket. I did one for my boyfriend on his birthday & he enjoyed it very much. 

4) A Playlist of his favorite songs: If theres anything a man loves more than shoes, its his music. Music soothes the soul and we all know that certain men have a hard heart and that the way they show their feelings its by his music. I believe this is both cute & very thoughtful.

5) Dark Temptation Axe Kit: Okay, so this is my absolute favorite. This past Christmas my mom bought my boyfriend this showering kit and I love it so much. This is also a very huge treat for me because I love giving my boyfriend hugs, that whenever I hug him he smells so good and I automatically get heart eyes for him. Not only is it a treat for you but you care for his hygiene, which is always a plus for any man.

Now ladies, it's your turn. Other than anniversaries this is the second special day that us women look forward to.  We love, LOVE, to get up and dress up special for ourselves and have a nice dinner with the person we love most. We wont get judged for being lovey dovey because this is the day to be all over your man. But men, if you want to get that extra credit for being the best boyfriend in the world, here are some ideas.

3) Pandora Ring: This isn't an engagement ring nor does it have to be. But rings from pandora show a certain meaning and or oath. This is my personal favorite because rings symbolizes love, and loyalty   

4) Chocolates & Roses: Yes, women do love simple things such as a flower and her favorite chocolates. This is a good gift for those who are on a budget as well, because whether or not you can afford to buy her a gift, you wont ever go wrong with these two. For one, chocolates will satisfy her sweet tooth cravings & flowers will give her room a beautiful scent & scene. 

5) No Money Spent: This means that you dont have to spend money on her. Women don't need to be showered in gifts for her to know that you love her. You're a hard working man and thats more than what could ever be asked for. A simple movie at home with a foot massage says a thousand words. A homemade candle light dinner is lovely enough for women, well, for me of course. Hold us, play with our hair, tell us whats in your heart because whats deep down is what matters the most. About Last Night 💙🌌

There are no words that can express how much fun last night was. Since December I've been wanting to so badly see the Christmas lights with My Love & although it's been a month, we finally went to see them, along with a little extra, last minute plans to the beach & karaoke in my car. I'm so blessed to have someone that makes time out of his busy schedule to find the time to be with me. Last night was so intimate & sentimental. Its days & nights like this, that I will cherish, FOREVER.

Yes, MY Love. It's been about 4 years since my last relationship where I got back out there again. I was always so afraid of getting hurt that I just distanced myself from every male possible (unless he was family, or a gay friend of mine) in order to stay happy and focused on school. But just last year July of 2016, I met someone who is now my boyfriend and I give all the thanks to God. 

God really works in mysterious ways. It's crazy how I prayed for a man of my desires and I got him within that same year! I really thought God had put me on mute. You have no idea how many times I would whine & cry because of how lonely I was. I hated it with a passion, but at the same time I had to be patient. If I wanted God to rush and find me someone to Love, it might not even have been love at all. The wait was worth it, putting my trust in God was the best thing I have ever done, because thanks to him, I met the Love of My Life. 

We are now 5 months strong, and yes, I know it's just 5 months! But this is the happiest I've been since, well, forever. There's a strong feeling in my gut about this one. I know that him & I are going to be together for a long time because of the way we are when we're together. We aren't just two people in a relationship, but two people who are the best of friends. I love how I can just joke with him and he wont get offended. I love how he tells me exactly what's on his mind and that I can trust him with telling him whats on mine. I know in my heart that God made me wait 4 years, because he was finding someone meant just for me, my own special person.
